Q: What is BloomClub?

A: BloomClub is a flower subscription service offered by The BloomBox. It provides you with regular deliveries of fresh, custom-designed flower bouquets, themed to match the season. You can choose from weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly delivery schedules to suit your needs.

Q: Where can my order be delivered?

A: We are a small local shop in Brandon, Manitoba and we service an area up to 35km outside of Brandon including Rivers & Shilo including rural properties. Please contact us directly for rural properties or addresses beyond 35km to see if we may be able to accommodate your request.

Q: Does my order include a vase or other container?

A: The $25 BloomClub is a cut flower bouquet and does not include a vase or other container. All other BloomClub levels will arrive in a vase or seasonally appropriate container.

Q: How much does BloomClub cost?

A: BloomClub subscriptions start at just $25 plus delivery, making it easy and affordable to brighten someone's day with a beautiful bouquet.

Q: What kind of flowers will I receive?

A: Our talented floral designers carefully craft each BloomClub bouquet to match the season's highlights, incorporating the best of the blooms and colors available at the time. From spring to winter, every bouquet we send is a custom design made just for you.

Q: Can I customize my BloomClub order?

A: At this time, we do not offer customization of BloomClub orders. However, our floral designers create unique and beautiful bouquets every time, so you're sure to receive a special and one-of-a-kind arrangement.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my subscription?

A: Yes, you can easily modify or cancel your BloomClub subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website.

Q: What if I'm not satisfied with my BloomClub order?

A: We stand by the quality of our flowers, and if for any reason you're not satisfied with your BloomClub order, we offer a 7-day guarantee for your peace of mind.

Q: Can I gift a BloomClub subscription to someone else?

A: Yes, BloomClub makes a perfect gift for someone special. You can choose to gift a one-time delivery or a regular subscription, and we'll take care of the rest!

 

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?

A: At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery for BloomClub orders. However, we offer multiple delivery schedules to suit your needs, ranging from weekly to yearly.

Q: How do I sign up for BloomClub?

A: Signing up for BloomClub is easy! Simply visit our website and choose your preferred delivery schedule. We'll take care of the rest and ensure you receive a beautiful, fresh bouquet every time.

Q: When will my BloomClub order be delivered?

A: Your first BloomClub order will be delivered on the date requested, and all subsequent orders will be delivered using the date you placed the initial order as a starting point. For example, if your first order was placed on April 20th with a requested delivery date of April 29th with a monthly interval, your first order will be delivered on April 29th, and all following orders will follow on the 20th of the month. All orders are subject to our delivery policies, which can be reviewed here.

Q: When will my credit card be processed?

A: Your first payment is processed immediately, and any future payments will be processed at the same time as any future orders.

Q: How long will my subscription run for?

A: As long as you like! The subscription is automatic and will run until you choose to stop it. In the event you would like to have your subscription run for a set number of deliveries or time period reach out to us and we will be able to set that up for you.

Q: Am I obligated to continue the subscription for a set number of orders or length of time?

A: Although we would love to see you continue your membership for, well forever, we realize there are a multitude of reasons you might wish to discontinue. If you wish to discontinue your membership you may cancel at anytime by logging into your account or by contacting us directly at 204-726-0382. Please keep in mind all orders are subject to our guarantee policies.

Q: Can I pause or make other changes my subscription?

A: You sure can! Changes, including pausing your subscription, can be made by logging into the account you set up to place your initial order, or by contacting us directly at 204-726-0382. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any changes you need to make to your BloomClub subscription or answer any other questions you may have.
