Our goal is to work closely with funeral homes, families, churches, and other service venues to ensure everything comes together exactly as planned, allowing families to focus on remembering their loved one while we take care of the flowers.

Working Together with Local Funeral Homes

We regularly work with Brandon's two local funeral homes, Brockie Donovan Funeral & Cremation Services and Memories Chapel, as well as funeral homes from surrounding communities that occasionally hold services in Brandon.

Because of these long-standing relationships, we understand how each funeral home prepares for services and coordinate our deliveries to fit their schedule whenever possible.

Why We Often Deliver the Day Before

If a funeral or memorial service is scheduled for the morning, our preferred approach is to deliver floral tributes the day before whenever possible.

This gives the funeral home staff an opportunity to see exactly what floral tributes have arrived and plan the setup well in advance. Some services receive only a few arrangements, while others may receive dozens of standing sprays, wreaths, baskets, and bouquets. Knowing what is arriving allows staff to determine whether they'll need additional display tables, easels, or other equipment and decide where each tribute should be placed throughout the building.

By delivering in advance, everyone has the opportunity to prepare without feeling rushed, ensuring the service space is ready well before family and guests begin to arrive.

Why We Deliver to the Funeral Home First

Even when a funeral or celebration of life is being held at a church, community hall, or another off-site venue, our first choice is usually to deliver the flowers to the funeral home overseeing the service.

The funeral home is coordinating every aspect of the service and understands how the floral tributes will be transported, displayed, and arranged at the venue. Delivering directly to them simplifies communication between our shop, the funeral home, and the hosting facility while reducing the pressure of narrow delivery windows.

This coordinated approach helps ensure the service unfolds exactly as planned, with every floral tribute in its proper place before guests arrive.

Same-Day Delivery for Afternoon Services

When a funeral service is scheduled for the afternoon or evening, we will often deliver the flowers on the day of the service.

Whenever possible, we aim to have all floral tributes delivered at least two hours before the scheduled start time. This provides the funeral home or family with plenty of time to position the flowers, complete any final preparations, and address any last-minute details well before the service begins.

When Orders Come In at the Last Minute

We understand that life doesn't always go according to plan, and sometimes sympathy flowers need to be arranged on very short notice.

Perhaps you only learned about the service late, or maybe you had planned to attend in person but unexpected circumstances prevented you from making the trip. These situations happen more often than you might think.

Whenever possible, we'll do everything we can to create your arrangement and have it delivered to the funeral home in time to be included in the visitation, funeral service, or fellowship following the service. In the vast majority of cases, we're able to accommodate these last-minute requests.

On the rare occasion that timing simply doesn't allow the flowers to reach the service, our next recommendation is usually to deliver them directly to the family's home, often the day after the funeral. While they may not be present during the service itself, the flowers continue to serve their most important purpose—letting the family know they're being thought of and supported during a difficult time.
